At Nurturing Minds Psychologists, appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients. If notice is provided with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This policy applies equally to: • 90-minute Intake Sessions • 50-minute Individual Therapy Sessions • Online and in-person appointments Late arrivals will not extend the session time beyond the originally scheduled ending time.
