- 01All services are offered on a fully private basis. We do not offer services that are eligible for reimbursement by Dutch health insurance companies, and we do not have contracts with Dutch insurers. Individual therapy sessions must be paid in advance at the time of booking via the Dutch payment platform Tikkie. If you require documentation for international insurance reimbursement, a detailed monthly invoice summarising all sessions attended can be issued upon request. Reimbursement depends entirely on your individual insurance policy and remains the responsibility of the client.

These group programmes are not suitable for individuals with severe psychiatric conditions requiring specialised clinical care.
- 04Group programmes are offered as structured packages with pre-established fees. Once a group has started, it is considered closed. Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or refunded.
